Grate System​

Air-cooled grate for low LHV fuels (7 – 16 MJ/kg)
Water-cooled grate for high LHV fuels (12 – 22 MJ/kg)

Ash extraction with a drag-chain conveyor

Boiler System​

Includes empty passes, boiler banks, super-heaters and economizers
“One design fits all” solution for fuels in the 7 – 22 MJ/kg range
Refractory and Inconel cladding added based on fuel requirements

Boiler Ash Handling​​

Boiler soot cleaning with water spray, pneumatic rapping and acoustic cleaning systems
Boiler ash collection in gas-tight insulated hoppers
Ash extraction with a belt conveyor (combined or separate from APCr ash)

Flue Gas Treatment​

Flue gas treatment with Sodium bicarbonate and Activated carbon
Fly ash particle accumulation with bag filters
NOx reduction through a Selective Catalytic Conversion (SCR) with Ammonia solution

Stack & CEMS​

32m stack as standard – option available based on customer requirements
Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) also standard
